WHOLE WHEAT
PIZZA BASES "WHOLE WHEAT", with oats bran for a balanced diet
INGREDIENT:
Soft wheat flour "00", oats bran, water, salt, natural yeast, and oil extra virgin of olive. With no conserve - and emulsifying materials added, without any additional quality - increasing materials.
DESCRIPTION :
The product is made by handcraft methods, each piece is "unique" because it is spread out by hands.
After having pre-baked, the pizza bases are immediately brought to -20°C, therefore they can be classified as frozen.
The bases for Pizza is available in the following measures:
D. 22 cm D. 33 cm D. 45 cm On request our clients, we prepare special measures as well.
Each box contains 20 pizza bases
CONSERVATION :
Keep the bases at -18°C
The expiry of the product is 6 months.
USE:
Take a pizza bases and close the bag again
Time for defrosting is approx. 5 min, put the pizza bases again on the working table, dress it to your taste and bake it:
- Electric oven or electric arc furnace: bake the bases at approx. 250 °C degrees, putting it directly on the grill, bake the bases at approx. 250 °C degrees, for 4/5 minutes (do not use the blind plates)
- Wood stove (=forno a legna) or oven for pizza or bread : bake the bases at approx. 280°C for 2/3 minutes
As a resul, the pizza has a particular taste, it is very light, it's very intense and it can be easily digested
